Rania Anderson is the founder of Meridian, LLC, a Kansas City based, highly successful executive coaching and business-consulting firm with an 13-year track record. She is a senior level business executive with significant experience in executive coaching, organizational development, change management, business and strategic planning, and team development in large corporate, small business, and public sector enterprises. Her work with executives, senior managers and organizations is specifically designed to drive performance and behavior, and to facilitate change and the achievement of business objectives.
Prior to founding Meridian, LLC, Rania worked at Bank of America, Nations Bank, and its predecessor organizations for over sixteen years where she contributed in a variety of capacities ranging from commercial lending to training, marketing, and human resources.
Rania has a Masters of Science in Foreign Service with an honors concentration in International Business from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
Rania grew up all over the Middle East, living primarily in Bahrain and also in Lebanon, Jordan, Iran, and India. She is fluent in Arabic, conversationally fluent in Spanish, and has a working knowledge of French.
This combination of invaluable varied experiences along with her entrepreneurial success and education makes Rania exceptionally qualified as a coach and consultant. Equipped with a comprehensive performance perspective, she brings much to bear for her clients including a deep understanding of the skills, attributes, behaviors, and cultural sensitivity required for success.
